Juliette Foster is a college sophomore out of options. After being forced to move out of her dorm, thanks to a roommate who fails to respect boundaries, Juliette is welcomed back into the loving home she grew up in.

Problem is, her parents have gotten comfortable with their daughter being away at college. Juliette feels they may be a little too comfortable, actually.

Not wanting to cramp her parents’…extra-curricular activities, Juliette takes to Craigslist in order to find a solution. After weeding through the weirdos and the jerks, she stumbles upon one particular ad that seems too good to be true.

Her potential landlord, Greyston Masters, is an extremely sought after sports agent who travels a lot for work, and is in desperate need of someone to watch over his large Arizona home while away. With the possibility of a quiet place to study, Juliette jumps at the opportunity.

Unfortunately, what Juliette had hoped to be a distraction-free zone turns out to be anything but.

Just how good is the view being advertised?
